Looks very similar to the Alfa 40-60 Aerodinamico produced by Castagna. Is this another design of theirs?

This photo appears at Paul Jaray Galerie as Alfa Romeo 1908. Talking about airflow

Paul Jaray

I'll post more as soon as possible.

It is indeed an earlier design than the well known 1913 Castagna bodied Alfa Romeo of Conte Ricotti.

It is indeed a 1911 design by Schulz Bergmann.

Was it a Mr. Schulz-Bergmann or a company founded by Schulz and Bergmann?

grobmotorix

I am not sure and I´d love to learn more about this one!

"By 1911, coachbuilder Georg Bergmann from Berlin designed a zeppelin-shaped car, but it was not built"
That is all I have.

It is not Schulz Bergmann, but it says "Schule Bergmann" on the picture. According to several sources this refers to Oskar (not Georg) Bergmann who led a Wagenbauschule (coachbuilding school) in Berlin.
