That's the Trojan RE of around 1931.
Like the original Trojan it had a two-cylinder duplex two-stroke engine but in the back so they could give the car a lower stance than the traditional Trojan which had the engine under the floor. The Weymann type body was pretty conventional for its time, but having rear brakes only and a reputation for overheating did it no favours.
