Well now what have we here?

I'd like the name of this and who was behind this attempt, I think the car itself is fairly straightforward...

Depends on how solid my research is, I'd like to say it wasn't when it was producing cars, but is now under a different name? I might me slightly off on that I'm afraid...

Actually I was hoping the plate would throw people, it's a Dallas, Texas plate - not sure what it's doing on this car - but oko was straight on the ball with the French connection. I don't believe they're Parisian, no, but that matters not because...

That's spot on!

I honestly expected this to end up in the black hole, I've not been able to find a single mention elsewhere about Hrubon's fettling of Porsches but you tracked it down masterfully!

It is not a Texas plate, but a French manufacturer's plate (characterized by the W) from the Département 92 (Hauts-de-Seine), where Hrubon was located in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
