You are right on both counts: It was designed in Europe and it is only a render of a 3D model. I haven't been able to find any photographs of an actual physical unit so it seems to me that none have been built, even though the company advertises it as on sale on their website.

Not really. In fact, I'm not sure if he's a professional designer. He models 3D cars for racing videogames. A French website reported that a Spanish company was going to build one of his designs. As far as I can tell, it hasn't happened.

And another point for you! The car's name was reported as Scorvey by Wehrung, but appears as "SRC Concept Two" on the web of SRC Kitcars.
