I just found this car,it,s the Guanaco built in Bolivia 2012?

It is indeed the Guanaco, an electric car developed and built by students and teachers of Universidad del Valle, in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from 2009 to 2012. It weighs 460 kg and has 3.2 hp for a top speed of 50 km/h. A guanaco is an animal native to the Andes and closely related to the llama.
