So Mazel's HS21 GTS was on-sold to SunRed Engineering, who developed the concept further to their SR08, which then formed a joint venture with Quimera for an electric version, who partnered up with Altran for a production version, who commissioned Sabino Leerentveld for this, the Quimera All Electric GT Evo2 race car!

DHoffman figured it out.
The Quimera AEGT Evo 2, to be made by the partnership between Quimera's sportscar division, Quimera RR ("Responsible Racing") and Altran as a follow-up to the Quimera AEGT from 2012, was announced in autumn 2013, when this and other CG images of it provided by Dutch studio Sabino Design were shown; sadly it seems the project didn't go any further. The last that was heard from Quimera RR in early 2015 was that they were going to team up with W Motors to develop a hybrid version of the Lykan (that doesn't seem to have gone anywhere either), and Quimera as a company now seems to concentrate its efforts on energy efficiency projects for fancy hotels.
