Not in another puzzle but you mentioned a source in another thread and I just had to go there to find the puzzle car.

Ha ha, I guess Carnut and I misunderstood it the same way as we used the same source.

So am I gonna get a point because I found the same wrong answer ?

Yes, it's the right word I was looking for whatever it meant and since I have no other information anyway I can hardly deny you that!

At the different Russian websites I seen some images of this car, but without the name of the owner/builder. I thought that you know the name of the builder.
He built at least two cars - orange and green (they have the same number plates!)
Cars are in Rybinsk (Yaroslavl region), Russia.

I thought I knew the name of the builder as well (B. Rybinsk I had) but clearly I didn't...
There's a huge number of these Russian self-built cars and they make interesting puzzles but are often very short of information.
