Well the de Dion front drive says it's a Miller and the two-headed engine makes it the Miller V-16 racing car of around 1931

LOCKED for Allan L.  Yes, that is a Miller V16.  This is not the 1931 Miller Race car.

I think I've found it in a piece describing The Burden V-16 Four-Wheel Drive Passenger Car which includes reference to "the car's monumental frontal aspect carried the ribs of its immense front-drive housing " which we see in the photo.
Can't see a date, but must be early 1930s I think.

Yes, this is the chassis of the 1932 (or 1933) Miller-Burden (or just Burden) V-16 4WD roadster.  When a high-end Duesenberg cost about $8,000, this car cost around $35,000.
