You are right, yes, but why was it done? What was the proposed car (which never came to fruition, being superseded by something else).

OK I've been doing some digging (and using Google translate) and it seems that this image was used when Etox announced, back in 2011, that they would build an electric car and that there would be a 4-door version as well so it could be used by Turkish government officials. Since then, Etox has built an electric evolution of the Zafer with a restyled body (now apparently called Spor, and still a coupé), and also a sedan, but the latter is powered by a diesel engine.
