Speedex 750 ?
I'm travelling this week, without my files.
I'm pretty sure it's not a Speedex but leave it with me until I'm back.
-
No Speedex connection that I can find, though I wonder if the builder did use a Speedex body?
Anyway, I'm looking for a different answer.

Has Lenn Terry somthing to do with it.

Yes indeed.
Here's the unmodified puzzle pic:

it's my car and i have owned it since 1993.
yes is a 1959/1960 Terrier Mk2, designed by Len Terry
Brian Hart very successfully drove the prototype in clubmans racing
as i did not have an engine and do not like side-valves, i put my
reserve 1000cc Ford Anglia formula junior engine in it (slightly detuned for the road).
the wire wheels are not original and of course neither are the headlights.
the nose is fibreglass and has nearly the same form as the 1960
Formula Junior Terrier (which i also used to own). rest of the body is alu
as it only weighs 450kgs and has about 80bhp, it goes like hell
