They aren't mentioned on the site I got this from but I couldn't actually say with any certainty.

Forget about Frua - it is done by a fellow norwegian, Jan Wilsgaard :-[

That's exactly what it is, yes.
The similarity to the Momo Mirage is indeed remarkable.

The Volvo P172 Coupé has been puzzled before, but this is a slightly different version with a different front (the other has rectangular headlights and a different grille).  I don't know if there are any other differences in the bodywork.
