Knowing the Japanese penchant for all things 1950s British, is it MG powered?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

I don't think it was made by a company, though I don't know the name of the person who built it.

Can the car be found on a website in English language ?

Maybe not.
My computer is set to always translate languages into English so I got it all in English, but if my memory serves me well it was a Japanese site.
And incidentally I can't find it again (I thought I'd save it as a favourite but it's disappeared) nor can I find any mention of this car by Googling...

Is the name a Japanese word starting with S, like Sakujo?

It does start with 'S', but it's and English word, not Japanese.
And it wasn't a Japanese word translated into English automatically by my computer because it's written on the car!

OI doesn't say it any more, for those who didn't make a copy of it!
