The grille looks like it's off a Wolseley 6/99 or 6/110.  Any connection?

Hard to see the front suspension...is there a 2CV chassis underneath? Although the front wheel inclination looks a bit shallow for that... ??? ???

The 2CV it is based upon may be from the 70's, but Deauville operated between 2001 and 2013.
