Its a design for the 1st generation Z sports car from about 1965-6. Mr Katayama went on to  take the eventual coupe design to America and  establish Datsun in the American market.
Not sure if this roadster is one of the designs by BMW designer Albrecht Goetz.

Indeed that's what it is.
They seemed to do an awful lot of these prototypes before they decided on the final car.
This one is very attractive for a 1965 design but perhaps a little too bland.
