I admit that I've always found Israeli automobiles fascinating but their history quite confusing... Is "Carmel 12" what you are expecting?

In a very last attempt to find an alternate name for this car, I found "Autocars Carmel 12/50" in one instance... If this is not what you expect, please unlock immediately, as I'm afraid not to have further suggestions! ::)

I looked into this further since I thought the answer would be easy, and I find that the caption to the photo I used was incorrect hence the answer I'm looking for doesn't apply to the car I've posted.. Sorry about that.

In order to give you the best chance to get this I've posted below the picture which actually represents the answer I'm looking for, so the puzzle is still locked for you to give me the identity of the car pictured below. When you've solved it I'll change the original picture into the one below. I apologise for the confusion!
