Wow Dave, thanks for signing up to Auto Puzzles. It's fascinating to hear about your late-Father and his clear car design talent and exploits.  I'm very intrigued to know which European Chrysler models he might have designed that we will all be familiar with (perhaps the endless Hillman Hunter facelifts, etc?).

To hopefully help broaden your smile further, in April 2017, a well-known motoring journalist and friend of mine, John Simister, mentioned your father and his Sunday Times car design in Practical Classics magazine.

I kept the attached John Simister piece as I am planning to write an article myself in the coming months about the old Telegraph car design competition winners for a weekly 'Automotive Anorak' column I write on the Goodwood Road & Racing website (or possibly for The Telegraph itself).  I will be sure to mention your Father's fine work, and keep you posted on progress.

To this end, if and when you happen to find any of your late-Father's car design illustrations, I (and I'm sure all fellow puzzlers here) will be fascinated to see these, if that's okay with you.
