Well it's an Austin 7 special, probably from the 1950s, but I can't say I remember it.

If it isn't Austin 7 at least the wheels look as if they are - and why would anyone making something else use A7 wheels?

I don't know a great deal about this car, just that it has its own name, after the person who built (and offered) it.
Whether he started off with an Austin 7 or just finished with one that looked like one I don't actually know...
So it's not going to help if I start asking questions such as is it something the late RayTheRat might have understood?
