Not that I'm aware of.
Is it based on a British car?
I have found references of this car attributed to Russell France and it was called the "Dart". Made sometime in the late 60's to mid 70's. I have not been able to find any other info on it, which is a bummer, because I'm really curious about it.
That's all I've been able to find too, no more pictures and no more information.
