I vaguely remember this one... Isn't it Italian, and built sometime during the war and right after it?

I found an old 1982 QR magazine clipping that might be of interest for this puzzle.
Now I learned that Lucciola means firefly in Italian and that it was used for several cars obviously.
Before I thought it is a brand name  :bag:
