What's this, from when and where and who designed it - for 1 point?:
Remember - solving puzzles using 'Google Search by Image' is BANNED on AutoPuzzles!
Well, it looks like a mk2 mini, but LHD so I'm guessing built under licence. Innocenti would be too obvious for this site (and the badging looks wrong) so I'll go for Authi as they're the only others I know of. So, late 60s, built in Spain and designed by Alex Issigonis.

Sorry to say but wrong on all counts, except I believe it does have MkII Mini mechanicals (you say it looks like a MkII Mini but it looks like a Mk1 to me).

That's right, yes.
I'm intrigued to know how you knew this one though, which is fairly difficult to track down, before I giv eyou your point!
Perhaps you could send me a PM?
The seamless body made me remember seeing in the Rob Golding book (I think!) about a fibreglass boded Mini for a South American country, so that started my search, got the Chile bit reasonably easily, but the Peel industries bit took a little longer! Glad I still have the book!

Well remembered!
It's not in Jeroen Booij's books and I didn't know it had been in another one; I got the picture off the 'Net but it was well hidden!
Another point.
