I believe now with the new rules, this is open for me to ask questions.
Is the car French?

I'll be honest, I've forgotten the new regulations!  I think Pro level is now 400 instead of 200 - I have re-read Carnut's explanation of the changes, and it doesn't tell us what to do in this instance. In theory, anything that gets promoted to Pro level should be open for Pros to answer, so I'm going to have to agree with you on this one.

No - not French!

Yes, any puzzle on the Pro board is now open to all Pro's.
Anyone with fewer than 400 pts isn't a Pro any more but has reverted to Expert.

Is it a German Ruppe&Sohn Piccolo?

No, because as ropat53 asks, it is indeed British.

1903  Canterbury?

It is a Canterbury, but  not that year. LOCKED for you - what is the year and the model designation?

Exactly! The point is yours.

Oddly enough, another member had identified a different puzzle as this car recently. I had to keep quiet.

Yet another picture that was in my copy of Georgano all along, and I didn't know it!
