Australian hill climb special by Howard Clisby.  Don't know if it had a name of its own - it seems to have very little else.
Wasn't he the man who designed an F1 V6 engine in the 60s...?

Fingew trouble...HAROLD Clisby, not Howard, there was a Howard in  here as I was hunting for the pic (which was in TNF) !....  I'm rambling. Engine was a Douglas

Got there in the end! Clisby built the car in 1952 around a Douglas 350cc flat-twin. It was road-registered!!!

I believe he was one and the same man who designed the Australian F1 engine designed for an Ausper chassis.
