It's not a home-build but is by a known car-maker, though customised a bit.

Oh that was all!? I was hoping there was a Bolwell modifier around that I hadn't heard of. There's no name attached to the modifications or anything?

And I have had more interactions with that company than most Australians so it was serendipitous that my timing was good here haha!
