I believe this is a Venezuelan Tortuga armored vehicle.

Not much is available on the internet, but the original vehicle series is from 1934 and were built on a Ford AAA chassis.

I have the Puerto Cabello shipyard as the builder and Tomas Pacanins as the designer.

It seems there were later copies of the vehicle on a 4x2 chassis and I show a photo of this also.
