Googling the name of the file, I found it is a Special Edition MKIII-R, Rush-powered by Superformance.

No it's not electric. There's nothing special about it, but it's not obscure, that's why I said it's not that hard to find.

Thanks for the Lock. I guess its a Backdraft RT3 model, one of their Heritage Editions.
