Tofaş Serçe?

Yes it is, so the point is yours.
But first would you like to enlarge on exactly what a Tofaş Serçe is, for those who might not be fully aware?

Certainly.

The Serçe was an updated variant of the Tofaş Murat, a license-built Fiat 124 built in Turkey. While the Fiat was abandoned in 1974, the Serçe remained in production for two decades more.
