1954 could not be realistic as the firs Isetta BMW made was in April 1955, and the export to USA started latter.

1954 relates to the Ford base. I don't know when this rat rod was built but it's most probably a recent job.

Looking at the related video, it seems to use a Desoto (or other Mopar) Hemi, with twin turbos.
