Asia,presumably a small manufacturer because it would be more sophisticated for a large manufacturer even a prototype.

This is the model for the CambYo CR or Cambria CR (depending on the source) from Costa Rica, which has been undergoing development by Asesorías para el Desarrollo S.A.
