Blue Demon Z electric car, based on Subaru 360. Built by the students of the Saitama Institute of Automotive Technology.

I don't find a year for this. Probably completed during 2015.

That's good enough for a point. The car was unveiled at 2016 Tokyo Auto Salon, so 2016 is the year I was expecting but 2015 is close enough.

Apparently the car is called Dendou-Mushi Z, which has been translated as Blue Demon Z on non-japanese websites.
