No, you've got that it's a Velorex Saloon so you need to look elsewhere for the answer to the question of what's different about it from most other vehicles by Velorex..

you,re right velorex normanly have three wheels, so this has to be a four wheel velorex sedan? but when I looked at the sketch I thought it was a three wheel.

That's it, it's a study for a Velorex 4-wheeler!
There have been 4-wheel Velorexes but later than this I believe.

Thank You for the point,and yes I have seen a 4-wheel velorex also,it was a red one.
