Italian? My first thought when I saw the picture was that it was a Mario Revelli design.

I have the very same car on a different picture as bodied by Pinin Farina. Plus, the narrow openings that surrounds the front grille are typically Pinin Farina. A perfect imitation?

I think that's an old Ghia logo, I see a stylized "G" and "Ghia" written above...
