It's from the USA. It's a dirt/sprint racer fitted with an Alfa Veloce engine and that sidecar!

The source is titled "Alfa Sprint Car 1+1" and the car was located at South Lake Union, which appears to be a suburb of Seattle.

Actually I meant in my picture not yours!
You'll get your point anyway having traced the car but I was after the event it was pictured at in the puzzle picture..
