That's the Lotus 2000 proposal from 1981.
Lotus should have produced it, it looks awesome, like all Paolo Martin designs.
He was a very important designer, but had a short career in the car industry.

Yes, I agree.
It is called the 2000 on one website, but that's not really it's name (Lotuses road cars all had names rather than numbers).
Still locked for you to find its correct name; you're just one year out with the date too.
