Well without doubt you have the correct car - "Moulin Rouge" was the nickname of this vehicle.

1929 is the correct year, but that event certainly isn't the JCC Double Twelve! I will LOCK this for you for 24 hours, to tell me the make and model of this car.

Yes! It is one of the two cars run in competition by the UK importers - the other one was known as "Moulin Bleu". This is usually known as Beggars Roost and is a traditional observed section of the Trial, still used today.
