Obscure to say the least!
Finally found it in India!
Titled as a "Post War Classic Body Kit" by Pixy Cars Pvt. Ltd.
Supposedly to make your sedan look like 1948 Buick ......... all I see is a Sonata/PT Cruiser love child.
