I found the original drawing as per your photo, but sadly none of the boxes (drawing by, date, etc) was filled in, so all I know is that is was for a proposal for 'Jensen CV8 Four Door'. I assume it was an Eric Neale design, possibly between 1962 ans 1966. Best I can do, I'm afraid.
