The chassis may be from 1937 or 1938 (it has a plate number so it's possible to find out it for the owner/seller) but I'm 95% sure the body is not from the 30s at all...

I'm 100% sure it's not!
As you can see from the heading it was re-bodied in Zagato style, but I don't know when. Probably later rather than earlier..
