If you Google "Rheinischen Maschinen- und Fahrradwerke?" you get one result. At least I only get ne result. I'd say that is pretty obscure indeed.

Yes, it surely is. I took the picture at an exhibition about cars and motorcycles built in and around Düsseldorf. Never heard of this tricycle before.
