Those are Italian wheels, sans doubte.

It could be any one of about 30 Fiat-engined cars of that time!  Dagrada?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

Wendax

Not Dagrada, not Fiat-engined, not even Italian

Yes, locked for you to name the engine and either the model designation or the year.

You will note that I edited my last post - I was going to ask if it was from BDR, and then I noticed that huge single exhaust vent, which was so typical of the DKW 2-stroke engine. I knew it wasn't from DDR so it had to be DKW rather than Wartburg.

The bonnet line is low, so this must be a later car from 1960, as Hartmann achieved this by reversing the engine and gearbox. Mk II ?

Well done, it is DKW-engined, and it is the 1960 Hartmann Typ 3.

One more point for you.
