Italian?

Not Italian. it's not much of a clue, but this car in an earlier form has been the subject of a puzzle on AP in the last couple of months.

It looks a bit different in my puzzle, so I decided to keep it in place. Both my puzzle and the other were posted within a few days of each other, which caused much mirth betwixt myself and the other AP member.

Is it to do with the Squale from November?

This should be a better image. Nope, even though the source said it was 800X600 in size.

No.

I have attempted to enlarge the image without too much distortion.

Well that was a great success! My apologies.

I have decided to provide a clue - Australia.

Isn't this the same car puzzled ih my NEH 4328 but at a different stage in its life?
Jim Abbott bought Alan Hamilton's Porsche 908 and dropped a Ford 289 into it, hence the 'Porsche-Cobra' moniker.
Your picture might be from later in its life?

Yes it is indeed the Cobra Porsche in later life. I think it started out as one of the works 904 Bergspyders, but then parts of a 906 were added (the engine at least) and then the Ford 289.

It was bought by someone else who named it after himself. LOCKED for you for the full name of the car.

Thanks.
Jim Abbott sold the car to Murray Bingham shortly before he died, who renamed it the Bingham Cobra after himself..

That's it, a rare point for you! There is an even later version of the car which I'm keeping up my sleeve for another puzzle.

Thanks Dzima. That photo is actually the 3rd form of this car which I mentioned above!  ;D.

No matter. It's good to see a large format image.
