It's AWS Shopper Prototyp (1974).

Yes, it is the very first AWS Shopper, built in Berlin in January 1974. It has a big hatchback, compared to the standard Shoppers (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=1448). It was kept at the factory until AWS went bankrupt later in 1974.

As I feel generous today, I'll grant one point each for magnette and Kytsyk.
