The front looks like this:

This is a custom body kit called the "Oldstyle Look Evo 2" for the Chrysler PT Cruiser offered by a hot rod shop in Bavaria, Germany called Hot Paint. It resembles a 1939 Ford. They also offer other kits for the Cruiser.
