Bill Murray

Perhaps a French built Saurer, maybe a Model 5?

Bill
Cheers

targhediferro

I don't know if this maker used Saurer parts or if built vehicle under licence; as far as I know, there is no connection with Saurer, and anyway this is not the name I'm looking for.

Does the name that you are looking for begin with "L"?

targhediferro

#72
Yes!!!  L is correct, but elsewhere the complete name of the company is reported as beginning with A

If I understand your answer correctly, you are saying that the correct name begins with L, but some source(s) say it begins with A.  So would it be correct to say that the name you are looking for begins with a French prefix beginning with L, followed by a name beginning with A?  For example(s): L'Axxx,
La Axxx, Le Axxx, etc.
