Well, I just had this picture in my archive....I don't speak german, but I understand that Knapp (that I tought was the name of the very obscure maker of this Condor) could mean "just"...at the same time I cannot find any notice about a maker named Wandesbach or Mandesbach (as the name written at the bottom-side).  So I would like to say this is a Knapp 1000 Condor or a Wandesbach Condor.

You are right: knapp just means "a little less than". You almost deciphered the nameplate, it is Manderbach. We had some vans of this manufacturer before:
