maybe a wartburg 311/1 coupe by neumann in 1960? :o :o

Correct! It is a Wartburg 313/1 four-seater coupe by Manfred Neumann (I take your 311/1 as a typo). I have it as from 1958.

It depends on how you look at it. It was done at Wilhelm Neumann's bodyshop, but it was his son Manfred's masterpiece.
