Door contours are off for a Blackstone.

Based on a Buick?

I'll have a look tonight whether I have any info about the base car.

I just know the engine size, not the maker of the engine or the chassis.

1982 MM (Manfred Meinzer) Classic, with a 7.5-liter V8. Most of these Neo-Classics leave me cold, but this one actually doesn't look too bad . . . in a Liberace/Elvis sort of way. Still not exactly my cup of tea, though. I spent a lot of time searching the usual American makes of these types of cars before I moved to Europe . . . I didn't realize that Germany was into these cars at all. As usual, I learned something.

It is a one-off by an industrial designer for his private use. It is for sale now, however.

Well found, I hadn't heard of it, before I came across the sales ad.
