It's an Amilcar, rebuilt as a wagon in Spain, supposedly in 1946 or close to that year, a time when very few imports reached the Spanish markets and the lives of existing automobiles had to be prolonged as much as possible. No information regarding the builder as far as I know, unfortunately.
