WBB Gräf & Stift Müllwagen from Vienna about 1948. Probably a V 7 D.

Yes, WBB stands for Wiener Brückenbau- und Eisenkonstruktions-Aktien-Gesellschaft (Vienna bridge building and iron construction corporation).
