I found the site where this puzzle car is located I cannot open the webpage to this car. I know it is a homemade electric powered reverse trike.

 Motortech  1 chevrolet 2.0liter 5speed reverse trike, from Brasil.

ValkyrieGT's answer is good enough for a point.

The Motortech reverse trike is powered by a General Motors 2-liter engine.  Probably from a Vectra or some kind of Chevrolet.  Built by Ronaldo and Fernando Lobo.

On Motortech's website the car is called Reverso and is indeed powered by a Vectra 2.0 flex fuel engine.
