Please be so kind and identify this vehicle: Make? Type? Coachbuilder? Year?

This looks like a Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith c1950 but I don't recognise the coachbuilder. The bodywork doesn't look English, but in their dying days British coachbuilders explored some pretty odd alleyways (think Hoopers and Docker Daimlers). To get the ball rolling, am I right in assuming it is not British?
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.
